Hyperlapse from Instagram App Reviews

The best part of the app is the silky smooth image stabilization, unfortunately it does not work on iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, or either iPad Pro (all M9 motion coprocessors). No updates or fixes.

I love the hyper lapse app. It is very straight forward and easy to use. I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. 1. I wish there was a way to pause the recording while it is recording 2 . I would love to see a feature where you can see the finished video right from the app instead of having to close the app and go to the camera roll to see it. If they add one or both of these features I would give it five stars.

Personally, I think the FPS is a lot better then the iOS time lapse

Perfect...

iPhone 6 and iPod 6 touch both include same chips. So stabilisation must be implemented for ipod 6 touch.

Dont worry if u recorded timelapse in 720p , i would do the same however now i have tips how to get into menu in Hyperlapse ,here you are , step by step : 1)turn on app 2)quick touch screen several times with your four fingers 3)then the menu will be opened 4) u can change there resolution , speed and frames 5) enjoy it

I was going to buy a handheld stabilizer for my iPhone but then suddenly discovered this application (thanks to The Verge review). I cannot say how amazed Im now with the technology which sits behind this app. Many many thanks Instagram!

The stabilization algorithm is just outstanding. What I dont like is that I have to open imovie to add some background music before posting to social media. Thats why 4 and not 5 stars.

A great app! Good video stabilization, but at the time of the shooting times reduced fps. Fix this problem, if possible. Thank you!

Please, add the possibility to choose the auto focus and auto exposure in rec mode.

Love the app but I would love to see the app use the optical stabilizer in the 6s plus and have the option for a 4K hyper lapse as well. Thank you
